ABOUT OUR RESIDENCIES
There’s always something new to experience at The Adelaide Project. Through evolving installations, partnerships, and events, the space is continuously reimagined, giving designers a reason to explore, return, and engage in new ways.
CURRENTLY ON DISPLAY
Tusch Seating’s residency brings together European furniture, textiles, flooring, art and lighting in a layered, lived-in setting. Throughout the house, visitors can experience Tusch’s curated furniture collection alongside textiles by Gabriel, flooring from Mohawk, Canadian artwork curated by Arterial Gallery, and new lighting from Luciole, Bover, Absolux and Flos.
Together, the installations create a new context for experiencing light and reveal how lighting interacts with furniture, material, colour and art to shape the way a space looks, feels and functions.

The Adelaide Project is designed to be experienced. Visit with a TPL representative to explore architectural and decorative lighting in real-world settings, compare solutions, see how light interacts with material, colour and form, and work through the needs of a project in context.
Our changing residencies bring new furniture, art, textiles and materials into the house, creating fresh opportunities to experience lighting — and new reasons to return.

The Adelaide Project is a first-of-its-kind collaborative lighting studio, demonstration centre and workspace for TPL, our partners, and our clients. Located in the intimate setting of an elegant heritage home in Toronto’s vibrant King West neighbourhood, The Adelaide Project seeks to create an intimate approach to experiencing and learning about today’s most innovative lighting solutions.
